Hoddeok is a sweet Korean pan-friend pancake stuffed with sugar, nuts, and spices. There's a version with cheese too, which I gotta try.I made this one from a package kit from the Korean grocery, which had green tea in the flour. The package kit is just easier because everything's pre-measured. Next time I'll try it on my own, just like Maangchi teaches HERE.
